Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information GO GETTER collects through gogetterinc.com and our client work, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

1. What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact form, email or call us.
• Client information: name, company, email, phone, billing address, project details, and records of our communications, quotes, invoices and payments.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We see only limited details, such as card brand, last four digits, expiration date, or bank name and last four digits, plus payment status. We never receive or store full card or bank account numbers.
• Website usage: anonymous, aggregated information about page visits and site performance, collected by our hosting provider's privacy-friendly analytics. It does not use cookies or identify you personally.

2. How we use it

• To answer your questions and provide the services you ask for.
• To send quotes, invoices, payment reminders, receipts and other messages about your project.
• To process payments, including saved payment methods and payment plans you authorize.
• To keep business, accounting and tax records, and to meet legal obligations.
• To protect our website, clients and business against fraud, abuse and security issues.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their job:

• Stripe to process payments and host secure payment pages.
• Vercel to host our website, and Neon to host our database.
• Resend to deliver our emails, and Web3Forms to deliver contact form messages to us.
• Manufacturers, carriers, shipping companies and other partners, when needed to complete your project, and only the information they need.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to the highest level of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Stripe's use of your information is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may store your light or dark display preference in your browser. Our administrative area uses one essential sign-in cookie for our staff only.

6. Emails we send

We send emails that are needed for our work with you, such as replies to your message, invoices, reminders and receipts. We will only send marketing emails if you agree, and every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for our legitimate business purposes. Financial and tax records are generally kept for up to seven years, as required by law. Contact form messages that do not lead to a project are deleted when no longer needed.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, password-protected systems with limited access, and trusted service providers. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. You can also ask us to remove a saved payment method at any time. Email office@gogetterinc.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new effective date at the top of this page.
