GO GETTERGO GETTER

Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms apply when you hire GO GETTER, approve a quote, pay one of our invoices, save a payment method with us, or use gogetterinc.com. Please read them. Your quote or written agreement with us can add details for a specific project. Anything that differs from these terms applies only if GO GETTER agreed to it in writing (see section 16).

1. Who we are

GO GETTER ("GO GETTER", "we", "us") is a project management and technology company based in New York. We manage projects from first idea to delivery, source technology hardware, build software into device operating systems, and set up routers, SIM cards and hotspots. "You" means the person or business that hires us or pays us.

2. Our services

The work, deliverables, timeline and price for a project are set out in a quote, proposal, invoice or written agreement ("Quote"). We perform the work with reasonable care and skill and keep you informed of progress. Timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. They can change because of things outside our control, such as manufacturer lead times, shipping, customs, certification bodies, carriers, holidays, or waiting for approvals, information or payments from you. We are not responsible for delays caused by these things.

3. Quotes, scope and changes

A Quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Work that is not described in the Quote is a change. Changes are billed at our current rates once you approve them in writing (email is fine). Approving a Quote, paying an invoice or a deposit, or asking us to start work means you accept these terms.

4. Fees, invoices and payment

5. Prepaid hour packages

6. Saved cards, bank payments and payment plans

If you save a card or bank account with us, or agree to a payment plan, you authorize GO GETTER to charge that payment method for amounts you have agreed to: invoices you approved, payment plan installments on the scheduled dates, and agreed charges for work or products you ordered. We will not charge a saved payment method for anything you did not agree to.

For a payment plan, the total, the number of payments, the amount of each payment and the schedule are shown before the plan starts. You can ask us to remove a saved payment method or stop future automatic charges by emailing office@gogetterinc.com or calling 845-395-5431 at least two business days before the next charge. Stopping automatic charges does not cancel the plan or the amounts you owe. The remaining balance stays due on the original schedule, and we will invoice you for it instead.

Bank account (ACH) payments are subject to the payment authorization shown on the payment page. If a payment is returned or declined, Stripe may try it again, and any bank fee we are charged for the returned payment is added to your balance.

7. Late payments

If an invoice is not paid by its due date, we will send reminders and may pause work on your projects until the balance is paid. Balances more than 30 days past due may be charged a late fee of 1.5% per month, or the highest amount allowed by law if that is lower. If we need to collect an unpaid balance, you also pay our reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees.

8. Hardware and third-party products

9. Cancellations and refunds

10. Billing questions and claims

If you believe an invoice or charge is wrong, you must tell us in writing within 30 days of the invoice or charge date, and say what you believe is wrong. After 30 days the invoice or charge is final and accepted. Please always contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card company. We will review every question promptly.

11. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, timely approvals and the access we reasonably need to do the work, and to make sure you have the right to share any materials, software, logos or data you give us. You are responsible for how you use the devices, software and services we deliver, including following the laws that apply to your business. Delays caused by missing information or approvals from you do not reduce what you owe.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law or needed by our service providers to do the work (for example, a manufacturer that builds your device). You agree to keep our non-public pricing, supplier and manufacturer information and methods confidential, and not to contact or buy directly from suppliers we introduce to you for 12 months without our written consent.

13. Ownership of work

Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you, unless the Quote says otherwise. Until then, they remain ours. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, know-how and general methods, and you receive a license to use them as part of the deliverables. Third-party software and components remain subject to their own licenses.

14. Warranties

We will perform our services in a professional and workmanlike manner. If something we delivered does not match what was agreed, tell us in writing within 30 days of delivery and we will fix it at no additional charge. Fixing it is your only remedy for such a problem. Except as stated in these terms, and to the extent permitted by law, our services and deliverables are provided "as is", without other warranties, express or implied.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us on the invoice for the service that gave rise to the claim. Any claim against us must be brought within one year after it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Entire agreement and changes in writing

These terms, together with your Quote, are the entire agreement between us about our services. Any discount, extension, cancellation right, refund, change in price or scope, or any other arrangement that is different from these terms applies only if GO GETTER agreed to it in writing, by a signed document or an email from office@gogetterinc.com. Spoken promises or conversations do not change these terms. If we do not enforce a right at one time, we can still enforce it later. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

17. Ending our work together

We may pause or end a project with written notice if you do not pay on time, do not provide what we need to do the work, or seriously break these terms. If either of us ends a project, you pay for the work done, approved expenses and orders placed up to that date. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as payment, confidentiality, ownership and limitation of liability, continue after the work ends.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If a disagreement comes up, we will first try in good faith to resolve it by talking. If we cannot, the dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and both of us agree to their jurisdiction.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you approve a Quote or make a payment applies to that purchase. We will post the effective date at the top of this page.
